What is your DME/IME process?

Our RN observers are your representative in the room. Our first priority is to protect the client and ensure they receive a fair and impartial assessment of their injuries.

  1. We begin with a phone call to introduce ourselves to the patient-client and prepare them for what to expect at their appointment.

  2. We meet the patient-client prior to the appointment and remain with them through the entire appointment.

  3. During the appointment we closely follow all state rules and interject only as allowed. Objections are utilized to ensure the patient-client is not subjected to painful procedures or interrogated about any aspect of their case not directly related to the medical exam per state rules if permitted.

  4. A complete audio recording is made (state depending) and detailed notes are taken to ensure accuracy.
